**Roasted April 6th, 2020
Notes of Peach Nectar, Watermelon, Strawberry
Grown in Uraga, West Guji
Notes from Phil & Sebastian Coffee Roasters about the origin of the beans:
This coffee is from a private coffee washing station in the Raro Boda (neibourhood) of the Uraga district in the West Guji zone of Southern Ethiopia. I just visited Raro in December of 2019 and the place is very well run. Manager Ato Kifle is running a tight ship! Additionally, it’s at a crazy high elevation of 2472 meters. This altitude is very good for natural coffees, as it’s warm and dry during the mid-day and afternoon but cool in the night and mornings. This climate allows the natural to start drying fast, then slow down to develop beautiful fruity notes, which this coffee has in spades.
